Gut, dass Sie Störungen ernst nehmen und aktiv werden wollen. Das Homeoffice gilt immer noch als Privileg für Angestellte, um ihnen die Vereinbarkeit von Job und Privatleben zu erleichtern. Im Gegenzug wird von den betreffenden Mitarbeitern erstklassige Selbstorganisation sowie Eigeninitiative erwartet.
Um Kollegen nicht zu frustrieren, sollten Sie Ihre vereinbarten Bürozeiten zuverlässig einhalten und Bescheid geben, wenn Sie ausnahmsweise nicht erreichbar sind. Nutzen Sie IT-Möglichkeiten wie die Cloud, um Ihre Arbeit transparent zu machen. Regen Sie an, dass wichtige Telefonate oder Konferenzen via Skype geführt werden. Schaffen Sie Möglichkeiten, auch physisch präsent zu sein, und nehmen Sie, so oft es geht, an Meetings teil. Nutzen Sie diese Anwesenheitstermine, um kritische Themen persönlich mit den Gesprächspartnern aus der Firma zu klären. Und treffen Sie Kollegen hin und wieder zum Essen oder Feiern – so wird man Sie als gleichwertiges Teammitglied betrachten.
