Gespräche aus dem echten Leben – die gibt es ab sofort nach Erscheinen jeder emotion SLOW in der modern life school in Hamburg. Gast am 26. Oktober ist die Buch-Autorin Greta Taubert. Thema des Abends: Zeitwohlstand
Als Reporterin reist Greta Taubert am liebsten dorthin, wo es unbequem, abseitig oder riskant ist: zu Kinderhändlern nach Äthiopien, zu Transsexuellen nach Serbien oder Mannfrauen in Albanien. Im Eichborn-Verlag ist gerade ihr zweites gonzojournalistisches Sachbuch erschienen:
„Im Club der Zeitmillionäre - Wie ich mich auf die Suche nach einem anderen Reichtum machte". Für dieses Experiment hat Greta Taubert sich vor zwei Jahren ein Grundeinkommen organisiert, um von möglichst vielen Menschen zu erfahren, wie man sich die Taschen voller Zeit packt: Sie traf den betagten Gründer eines Zeittauschrings, begleitete Grundeinkommensaktivisten, lebte in einer Arbeitskommune, in der alle für ein gemeinsames Konto wirtschaften, gärtnerte mit solidarischen Feldwirtschaftern, nahm an Skillsharing-Seminaren teil, schloss sich Aussteigern, Revolutionären, Punks und Penner an. Ihr Ziel: Sie wollte herausfinden, ob und wie Zeit reich machen kann. Schließlich heißt es ja: Zeit ist Geld. Allerdings wird diese Phrase meist von Menschen verwendet, die ihre Lebenszeit möglichst effizient dafür nutzen, Geld zu verdienen.
Was Greta auf Ihrer Reise widerfahren ist, welchen Zeitkünstlern (und –Verschwendern) sie begegnet ist und welche Erkenntnisse sie letztendlich für ihre eigenes Leben gewinnen konnte, all das wird sie uns persönlich am 26. Oktober erzählen. Nur so viel sei vorab verraten: Ein Kaffee,morgens um halb zehn auf einer wackligen Melkbank mit Wonne getrunken, dieser wie Sie sagt „herrliche Moment nutzlosen Seins“, ist seit ihrer Rückkehr zum täglichen, lieb gewonnen Ritual geworden.
