Sie macht mit Leidenschaft, wovor andere sich nur zu gern drücken: Ordnung im Haus. Dabei bringt die professionelle Aufräumerin Christine Andrey ihren Kunden auch bei, Altes loszulassen.
emotion: Frau Andrey, misten Sie eigentlich bei sich genauso gern aus wie bei Ihren Kunden?
Christine Andrey: Ja, das Ausmisten und Aufräumen gehört einfach zu mir. Ich mag am liebsten wenige Dinge um mich herum haben - und die an ihrem Platz. Vielleicht weil ich in einer Zweizimmerwohnung aufgewachsen bin und früh Ordnung halten musste. Bei uns lag nie Unnützes herum, meine Mutter hat laufend auf- und weggeräumt. Alles immer an den gleichen Ort.
Wie gehen Sie bei Ihren Kunden vor?
Ich höre mir vor Ort an, was der Kunde von mir erwartet. Wie man etwa ein System in den bis zur Decke vollgestopften Hobbyraum bringen soll. Ich sehe immer auf den ersten Blick, was getan werden muss, und unterbreite gleich auch meine Vorschläge. Diese soll der Kunde dann überschlafen und mir Bescheid geben. Die Reaktion ist aber immer dieselbe: Au ja, das will ich - und zwar sofort!
Was ist in Ihrem Job die größte Herausforderung??
Die Leute zu bewegen, Sachen loszulassen, die sie nicht mehr brauchen und die ihnen den Platz und das Leben blockieren. Ich helfe ihnen, zu entscheiden, wovon sie sich lösen sollen. Das tue ich mit den richtigen Fragen. Manchmal einigen wir uns auch auf eine Zwischenlösung und legen die Dinge erst einmal in eine "Vielleicht"-Ecke. Wird die zu groß, zieht es den Betref-fenden automatisch dort hin, und er findet: "Ach, das hier kann gehen."
Aber oft denkt man doch: "Diese gute Hose, die kann ich doch nicht wegwerfen! Ich trage sie zwar seit einer Ewigkeit nicht mehr, aber vielleicht gefällt sie mir ja irgendwann wieder ..."
Dann behält man sie eben. Es geht ja nicht darum, alles auszusortieren. Sondern darum, dass die Sachen nicht überhandnehmen. Wenn ein zu voller Kleiderschrank belastet, lasse ich den Besitzer jedes Teil vor dem Spiegel anprobieren und wir begutachten es gemeinsam. So wird klar, was wirklich noch passt.
Und bei Erinnerungsstücken?
Da betone ich gern, dass man die meisten Erinnerungen ja im Herzen trägt. "Sie haben recht", höre ich dann oft. "Was brauche ich den alten Ledermantel meines Vaters noch, ich hab doch so viel anderes, das mich an ihn erinnert."
Wann sind Sie am glücklichsten?
Wenn am Ende ein großer Sack für die Abfuhr bereitsteht und einer für die Kleiderhilfe. Wenn das Canapé und der Salontisch wieder zur Geltung kommen. Wenn ich die Dankbarkeit in den Augen meines Kunden sehe. Oder mir eine Kundin schreibt, dass ich wie ein Engel in ihre Wohnung gekommen sei, ich sie glücklich zurückgelassen habe - und sie mich wieder buchen will.
Gibt es einen Aha-Moment für Sie?
Ja, der ereignete sich, als ich bei einer Kundin war, der es sehr schwerfiel, sich von überflüssigen Sachen zu trennen. Die aussortierten Sachen befanden sich alle schon in einer grossen Kiste. Als ich am nächsten Tag wiederkam, war die Kiste jedoch erst halb ausgeräumt. Aha, meine Hilfe fruchtet nicht immer, musste ich da erkennen. Ich kann nur unterstützen, aber loslassen muss jeder selbst. Mittlerweile stelle ich Ausrangier- tes sofort gemeinsam mit meinen Kunden für die Abfuhr parat. Das hilft.
Was machen Sie nach einer Aufräum-Session?
Direkt nach Hause fahren, weil ich echt erschöpft bin! Ich lasse mir ein Bad mit feinem Öl ein, und gehe so den Tag noch einmal in Ruhe durch. Auf diese Weise werde ich die vielen fremden Gedanken los. Ich räume sozusagen das Krüsimüsi in meinem Kopf auf.
